(S)piritual (G)rowth (E)xplosion: We will meet in the Library with PD to discuss this morning's sermon, share a spiritual development lesson, and a "how to" evangelism lesson.
A Small Group Opportunity is being offered for young adults and/or new members in the faith. Time and day is TBD (to be decided). PD will lead the discussion and will invite some people who are already interested. Anyone else is welcome to attend, but let PD know your intentions. We will be "footloose and fancy free" in our agenda. We will discuss what you want to ask and discuss about the Reformed Church in America, other denominations, and what is important to your theology (knowledge and belief system) and understanding. Let Pastor David know what times and days will accommodate you the best. PD is looking for 5 to 7 people relatively new in the faith willing to ask questions and be open to share their questions, concerns, and ideas. Our goal is to start during the week of January 18th, day, evening, 6:00 a.m.?
ANOTHER New Small Group Offering: All WOMEN are invited to join us for a simple supper and a good book discussion to follow. Bring your appetite and your thoughts. We look forward to seeing you on Monday, February 1st, 5:45 p.m., at RCC Church Fellowship Hall. The book is entitled, "Three Cups of Tea." The authors are Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin. If you have trouble locating a used book, please let me know; I will help you track one down. Please RSVP to Elizabeth Klanderman, 400-2817, by Sunday, January 31st.
