Icon	Purpose
	BACK Clicking on this icon will bring you to the previous web page that you were on (if any). This icon will NOT function if javascript is disabled.
	TOP Clicking on this icon will bring you to top of this web page. This icon will NOT appear if javascript is disabled.
	HOME Clicking on this icon will bring you to the website home page.
	FORWARD Clicking on this icon will bring you to the next web page that you were on (if any). This icon will NOT function if javascript is disabled.
	DOWN Clicking on this icon will bring you to bottom of this web page. This icon will NOT appear if javascript is disabled.
	E-MAIL Clicking on this icon opens your default e-mail program to send an e-mail to the recipient indicated. Use the E-MAIL icon on the right side, top and bottom of each page to send a note to the webmaster if: You have any suggestions for content or other improvements that you would like to see on the website. You encounter any difficulties or problems with the website. Please include: The name of the web page The name and version of your browser A description of the problem or difficulty This icon will NOT function if javascript is disabled.
	E-MAIL BLOCKED This icon indicates that sending e-mail is blocked. In order to hide e-mail addresses from spammers searching the website source, all e-mail addresses are encoded. To decode, and therefore be able to send e-mail, you MUST have javascript enabled. This icon will only appear if there is an e-mail link on the page and javascript is turned off in your browser. Turn javascript on in your browser and reload/refresh the page if you want to send e-mail.
